| Energy Efficiency management, Inc. establishes the Green Energy Training Institute. It was launched on March 18, 2009 and will be the educational and instructional arm of Energy Efficiency Management Inc. Realizing the lack of valuable Green training and education and marketing opportunities available to the Real Estate Professional, a comprehensive Green program was created to fill that void. Now for the first time the Real Estate professional has the opportunity to gain current significant and relevant Green and Energy efficiency knowledge that will set them apart from their competition in today's tough Real Estate environment. Energy Efficiency management was asked by Pacific West Association of Realtors to be the host for the initial class offering which took place on March 20, 2009 at Pacific West Association of Realtors in Anaheim, California. The class which continues to be offered at Pacific West Association of Realtors in Anaheim, and which will be offered soon at additional locations is the first ever, Real Estate Professional focused, comprehensive green marketing course centered on the existing home market, that will differentiate Real Estate professionals from others in their field. The course, taught by John Shipman, a Green expert in the field of existing homes and himself a Realtor, offers unique and comprehensive Green marketing opportunities that focus on value driven strategies for buyers and sellers. The Green marketing strategies that are presented, are amazing since they include some old products that have been underutilized and almost forgotten in the marketplace for years, but have significant impact on today's market.
